FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Short answers about scope, access and what to expect.

Two kinds of work, often together: building websites and web apps (custom Next.js and React applications, Shopify stores, WordPress sites, and the APIs and backends behind them), and connecting and automating the tools a business already uses, such as n8n, Make, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Odoo and ERPNext. If you are not sure which you need, describe the outcome and we can work out the right approach.

Yes. That can mean improving or extending a site you already have, or connecting the tools you already use. Whether a specific combination works depends on what each tool exposes and what your plan allows, which I check before agreeing the scope.

No. For CRM and ERP the work is connecting and automating the systems you already run. Licensing, and setting up or migrating a CRM or ERP, are not part of what is described here. If you need something beyond integration, tell me and we can discuss whether it fits.

It depends on the project. For a website or store that usually means access to the existing site, hosting or store and any design or content you have. For an integration or workflow it usually means access to the relevant accounts or workspaces, the API credentials or app permissions required, and ideally a test or sandbox environment. The exact list is agreed while scoping, and the accounts remain yours.

After we discuss what you need, I define the scope: what will be built, connected or automated, how it should behave and what is out of scope. Pricing is agreed against that scope. There are no fixed prices published, because they depend on the work and its complexity.

At handover I explain how it works and document the agreed setup. Handover and any ongoing support are agreed as part of the project scope.
